I have gone through so many flip flops in my 49 years of age while living in the southeast. I can honestly say these are the best fitting and most comfortable flip flops I have ever owned. I suffer from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome which affects the collagen in your body and creates laxity in the connective tissues in the body including the feet. Due to this I have severe flat feet with spreading of the foot bones. I find the fit of these true to what they say, which is to buy the size up if you wear a half size normally. These flip flops are not adjustable but the strap has enough give to provide the comfort you need without it overstretching to create too much gap and make a sloppy fit. The overall look of these is great and go with any casual wear or daily use. The value you get for the money is very comparable and well worth it. I originally ordered the black, then after trying them out I went back and bought the silver too! The quality and durability have stood up with me wearing these for hours each day and the spring in the step is still there. There is just enough arch to provide comfort and stability without feeling like you have a quarter of a tennis ball under your arch! I can’t say enough positive things about these. I’m about to order more colors to go with my brighter spring and summer clothes because the versatility of outfits you can wear these with is amazing! (Also, they don’t stick to your feet when you have been outside and have overly hot feet!)

These shoes are super comfortable! I’ve been suffering from severe plantar fasciitis and have gotten so much relief while wearing them. They have just the right amount of arch support, a heel bed that is not too soft or too firm, and the toe post is extremely comfortable. I literally wear them around the house all day. My feet are fairly average and the shoes fit great and are true to size. If you have very wide or very narrow feet they’re probably not going to work for you.

I really like these flip flops. They are light and nice looking. I think they can even look a little dressy. They HELPED my plantar fasciitis,and I really needed them in my healing process. The following is all that helped my PF: First of all, I had really bad Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot. After a day at Disneyland with no inserts, no proper shoes, I thought I needed to go to Urgent Care! :( I finally realized I needed help. I ordered these and ordered a size down like many said to do. But they were too small. But I could tell they would help me so I got the bigger size up. I LOVE these! They didn't work immediately, they take some getting used to, and they are heavy. But they are worth it! I can walk totally comfortably in them most of the day now. The arches are just perfect for my heel pain. I don't even have the heel pain anymore! If my arches get tired, I switch to another shoe I bought on Amazon called "AEROTHOTIC Original Orthotic Comfort Thong Sandal." Another nice flip flop, lighter, less arch, but still helpful. I hated to buy 2 pairs of flip flops, but I really needed and need both. But these are the flip flops that I can tell do the healing. I also got some New Balance trail running shoes (with thick heel) and some Clark's Sillian Bella Mary Janes which I put Superfeet BLUE Full Length Insole inside. I feel like now I'm totally covered for walking, dancing (I do contra and English Country dancing) and then wear my flip flops most of the day. These are adorable! And very comfortable! I wear a size 6.5 and ordered the 7 which I felt were a teensy big. I got a 6 in the red and they are a teensy small. I wish they had half sizes. But honestly, could get away with either sizing up or down. I have a narrow foot and they stay on well. For a narrow foot I would recommend sizing down and a wide foot I'd recommend sizing up if you are a half size. You don't slide around on the shoe when wet! Good all around! Picture is of the size 7.

I was skeptical about there being a supportive, comfortable and stylish flip flop but I am pleasantly surprised by these Aerothotic shoes! I've worn them daily for a week and they keep my foot seated in the shoe with comfort. The size is spot on, they're lightweight and priced fairly. With walking problems, I was hesitant but very pleased that I can walk quickly without fear of falling.

*Update* The size 6 (US) arrived and it is a normal EUR size 36 which is too small. How am I supposed to order a real size 7/37? I know they make them because I have several pairs. Sizing has changed, size charts are very confusing and misleading. I’ve ordered several pairs over the past few years, always a size 7 (US) and on the bottom of shoe is 37. Just ordered and my size 7 is now a 38 is on the shoe and box. 38 is too big (loose and long). I need a 37. I guess I’ll order a 6 and hope I get a 37 and not a 36. The sizing change is a shame because these are my favorite flip flops that I wear daily. They keep my planter fasciitis at bay and are comfortable. They are sturdy and hold up well with a salty humid environment where other shoes disintegrate or get gooey.

Ordered in another color. So comfy. Tried orthotics and they were like rocks. Birks always gave me blisters and hurt as they are too severe for me too. Found these and instant comfort. Hit me just right and wear them everywhere with no worry. Great find. Sizing is right. They are easy to keep on your feet. Nice colors, not too heavy and good value
