I spend a lot of time hunched over a workbench for my business, and the neck and back strain is real. I’ve tried a few different massage pillows, but this Snailax model is on another level. This is the best massager I have come across so far for lower back pain. The kneading feature works on getting the kinks out while the heat and vibration are comforting. You can also turn it the other way to target upper back muscles. The product seems durable and I like the way the adapter cord easily connects to the product without being permanently attached.

I got this as it was cheaper than a new office chair, and who doesn't want a nice rolling massage with heat, and that part is amazing ! I love sitting in long useless meetings and just letting it massage my back and warm me up, its delightful. The seat/thigh massage vibrator things are terrible, you can barely feel them when they're on, and when they are off it hurts when sitting on them. I took it out and replaced the seat cushion with better foam.

Effective kneading massage. It works deep into my lower back. Compact and easy to use from my office chair to the couch. The added “flap” keeps it perfectly secure when tucked into the cushions on the couch.

This is my first of 4 possible choices. It felt so good. It was roughish due to non-gel rollers, but I expected and maybe needed that. I felt really relaxed, like in a trance, after 15 minutes to auto shut down. The heat option felt good too. The 3 vibration choices are nice. I don't have any opinion on the solidness of its construction, but it sounded smooth. I plan to get an extended warranty on my final choice. But an optional cheap warranty is included for 19 cents! But I prefer a warranty with Amazon/Asurion instead of the company. (Some companies have a habit of going out of business to avoid warranty claims in capitalist/insured America) No one tells the max length of massage, but I have, in the title above. I have a long back and little if any fat to shield me from the aggressive rollers (they have no gel softness to them in my opinion). But OH!, did my first massage impress me! I mimicked the massage on my old dog's old back and she loved it. The user is supposed to be able to adjust it upwards, but compared to the second massager that just arrived, a Snailax with 2 gel rollers, not 4 hard rollers. it wasn't as easy to just slide it up behind me. Some say use pillows to do that better. Not as convenient.

My parents have a really nice shiatsu massage pad...so I wanted one. I thought this one looked good because it has two sets of massagers. The massagers that my parents have work independently, one moves up while the other works down. On this Snailex model, the two rows of massagers are stuck together. They always go the same direction. Since they're stuck together, they don't get as deep into your back as a single set would :\ It also seems weak, the motors sound like they're struggling to move, and slow down often. I thought the vibration would be a good feature to have. It'd be a different way to massage your back, when you didn't want to use the shiatsu. But....there is no vibration for your back, it only vibrates in the pad, under your butt x') why would I need a butt massager guys...c'mon now. This definitely seems like a product idea that was concocted in China - and never double checked! This thing's alright. But if I were to buy it again, I wouldn't pay more than $50 or $60. More likely, I'd buy a different brand.

I work in IT and sit way more than I should. This has been a godsend at relieving back pain/fatigue. I've had this for 2 years 3 months at the time of this review, and it's still going strong.

My wife gave me this as a gift and I love it. The controls are easy to use. It has a default timer setting of 15 minutes that can be reduced to 10 or 5. The controls also have an optional vibration and in the seat cushion and an optional heating pad. The massage works well with good pressure. I am 5'5 and the range will go from my tailbone to shoulder blades. I tried it on various chairs and found it works well everywhere except a plushy couch. I usually use it on my office chair (see photo) but have also used it on patio furniture and at our kitchen table. There's an elastic strap with velcro that can be used to strap it to the chair to prevent it from moving around. This is a very good and affordable little device. I use it a few times a day while I'm working, gaming, or just needing to relax for a few minutes. I highly recommend this product.

Se lo regalé a mi mamá por su cumpleaños. Le encantó. Vibra las pompis y te da masaje en todo el cuerpo. Tambien calienta y esta genial. Lo único malo es que se necesita una silla dura que sea completa y que este como acostada, por que si la pones en una suave el masaje no te los a tan duro.
