4/20/26Freshly installed. Great finish and quality. Already cleaner than the toilet seat mounted bidets because those catch what you're letting out... the entire time you use the toilet. This hose/nozzle only enters the toilet when you're done and washing/cleaning yourself. Excellent value for money. The hose is adequate length and suitable for various heights. Height will vary by toilet water supply placement and where you decide to mount it.I am keeping my old adapter on as has worked well for a long time and I don't want to keep reaching under or behind the toilet to turn the valve on and off as suggested by this manufacturer. That adds work to my bathroom time which is not what I want, but I do understand the necessity for maintenance. I just wish the set was better built to allow you to keep it open without this recommendation and only regular cleaning needed.My only other issues were that the entire set did not come with tools for installation like some do. You WILL need an adjustable wrench or jaw pliers of some kind to make sure that you can tighten everything a bit more. When screwing on the nozzle to the hose, I recommend you have dry gloves for a good grip to get a good tightening.Please be mindful of the hose twisting as you tighten it on. This can cause it twist and loop if you do no hold it on place or offset so that it straightens as you do your final tightening. If done correctly, your hose will hang straight and the nozzle will face forward (or wherever you would like it to).If you don't want to hang the hose on the tank, and you don't want to or are not able to wall mount due to property management restrictions like me, you can bend the hose hanger out to straighten it a bit, and slide it into your sink/under the top of the sink, and bend it back to hang on the side/under the sink as I've shown like I did. If I have any issues or leaks, I plan to update this review.

I am 80 plus and I could install this. Properly installed there will be no leakage. The user has control over how much pressure they want for cleaning...that is a plus. It is far cheaper than some other bidets and works great. Easy to clean.

This is a simple inexpensive product that is easy to install and works well. The company stands behind its product as well. One of the bidets we ordered developed a break in the hose. It was promptly replaced.

This handheld bidet was recommended by a doctor for someone in our household to use after surgery. Extremely easy install. Took about 5 minutes since everything you need comes in the box. We opted to mount it over the toilet tank. It stays on well with that option and it's hardly noticable. If someone does notice it the brushed nickle color blends in well with the rest of the toilet so it doesn't look like an eyesore. The included parts/pieces are all quality parts. No complaints there.It takes a bit of trial and error to clean yourself without getting water all over the place. But once you figure it out there's no mess to clean up. Everyone in the household has found this bidet to be useful and a great addition to the bathroom. The pressure of the water is controlled by how hard you press on the bidet lever. My only complaint is you MUST remember to turn off the valve to the bidet after each use. If you don't water will leak. It took us a couple messes to clean up before we ingrained it into our heads to always remember to turn the valve off. Hence the 4 stars.Not only do you feel clean after each use, it will save on cost of toilet paper in the long run.

I saw this on an advertisement for "25 gadgets you need but did not know it". This is a well built device and easy to install. It works well for what it is designed for. Just remember to turn it off when not in use. Do this to protect the device from leaking and especially to protect your home/bathroom from a flood should the seal fail while you are not at home. It can be used while the toilet has been flushed and the tank is refilling. It is very easy to turn off and on from the sitting position. It works well for other rinsing ideas even for filling a mop bucket.

I've needed a better solution to the problem than what most of us Americans use: TP. I tried a Toto bidet toilet seat - expensive, state-of-the-art, and found it didn't "do the job". TP was required afterwards - and to do more than just dry you off. A few weeks later I made my first trip to Japan, and stayed in a 5-star hotel with a state-of-the-art Toto full-on bidet toilet (the kind that cost upwards of $6K). That didn't "do the job" either.Then Mamdani got elected Mayor and declared everybody should get a shattaf and we should all stop living in the dark ages. What is a shattaff? Well, this is a shattaff - and it's a very good one. I bought a different one on Amazon and promptly shipped it back - it flat out wasn't going to fit - or work at all. Picked this one - and it was installed in less than 5 minutes - and I'm sold. IT DOES THE JOB, and I don't have to cut down a small forest to do it.It has a pressure-sensitive "trigger"- you control the volume and pressure based on how hard you squeeze it. Awesome.If only all purchases went this smoothly!

I bought this product 3 years ago and I'm buying a backup one while it's on sale. It's been perfect for my needs and I appreciate how easy it is to install. The only issue I've had in 3 years is that it does drip. Eventually it got bad enough that I used some plumbers tape around the sprayer piece, and that helped so far.

Compre la misma marca en Estados Unidos y me pareció mejor calidad que la comprada en Amazon Mexico, la manguera se me hizo de baja calidad, solo utilice la pistola , tira un poco, tendré que ponerle la llave que trae para poder cerrarla y no tire nada de agua y abrir la llave al utilizarla !!!
