I was diagnosed with very low Zinc and Magnesium which caused my hair to shed since I started taking Dr Axe Zinc +Probiotics my hair has thicken and growing back!!!! I feel better physically and to see my hair growth is a Blessing.I recommend to get a test from your Doctor to see if you have a deficiency in Magnesium and Zinc

Great overall product
I am taking this product for immune support and gut health. The capsules are easy to swallow, My only complaint with this product is I can't take it every day as it will cause diarrhea... I'm assuming it's due to the combination of the probiotic and zinc?? So I end up taking this product every couple of days instead of once a day.

Didn’t make me nauseous
Other zinc supplements have always made me nauseated if I didn’t eat them with food, but this one seems to settle well. I took it with other supplements to level out my hormones and it has worked pretty well.

What some people might not realize is that we need zinc to help us absorb the Vitamin A foods...like egg yokes, liver, butter.
