Love ginger. I have enjoyed the sushi ginger little sweeter then the restaurants, but I think because it’s in it’s on juice’s. Overall I am satisfied.

We’ve ordered this sushi ginger multiple times with mixed success in shipping. These jars, 12 in all, were taped shut using “Gripper” tape. Eleven jars made the journey okay, one had the lid come loose from the tape being applied wrong, and was thrown away.The ginger is very good, it’s sweetened with sugar not an artificial sweetener. We like this brand, unfortunately it’s often damaged in shipping because of the container.If your shipment is packed well, the ginger is worth the price paid.

Amazon will not accept a return of this item since it is Grocery.This is 12 small jars of pickled ginger in a tight square box. The idiots who packaged this put it in a much larger box with a couple pieces of air filled plastic. The box the ginger was in was able to move back and forth from one side of the box to the other. It was obvious that the delivery guys handling this item were throwing it around from one stop to the next. (FedEx Smartpost) I have always had a bad experience with FedEx. They have failed to deliver items in the past at a different address, and at my new address they lie and put "Delivery Attempted" but never deliver the item, instead they drop it off at the post office.So when I get my package, one of the jars is smashed and leaked juice all over the other jars and soaked the package... 7 of the other jars have their seals broken. The bottle says "Refrigerate after opening" so now I am stuck with only 4 unsealed jars of this product that I can put on the shelf.As far as the product itself... it was exactly what I was looking for. Spicy ginger in a jar, not too sweet.This would have been a great product if it didn't arrive smashed due to the idiocy of the people handling it.

I love this product. Ginger is a nutritional supplement, which I put in a smoothie every morning. I was using the grated ginger; but I much prefer the Sushi ginger. If you would like to respond to me directly about the damaged three jars, my email is: [email protected].

At first I thought maybe the ginger was close to use by date. Which is fine, pickled foods last forever. But, surprisingly it's a 2021 date. I eat pickled ginger with pretty much everything (I love Asian style food so much). So with so much for a low price, I no longer have to conserve the single glass jars I buy.The flavor of the ginger is great. Sometimes I have problems with some brands tasting bland or not even slightly good. I also like that it has real sugar in it (not artificial) and has no added colors. I always hated that pink stuff in the plastic bottle. I'll continue to buy this ginger.

If you like the zing of pickled ginger without the food coloring that turns it pink, this brand is the one you should try. I wish I could find it without sugar, but I'm addicted to the zing of this delicious ginger!

I love the Ginger People Sushi ginger. It truly is wonderful and I have been ordering it off and on for many years. My only problem with it is when they mail to me, it never fails that two to four bottles get broken, or the top is hit and causes the juice to run out. I would give them a five star rating if they would rethink how they should ship their products.
