Replaces more expensive interface from manufacturer
Was able to connect to ALC lgr and change IP address for network communication. Works well with Putty software once you setup the software parameters.

Works great with a laptop and communicating with Ardruino boards.
Bought this for my teenage son's high school project where his laptop needed to talk to a bunch of Ardruino boards that had RS485 install on them. Worked great and even found Python software libraries that worked.

Works with Raspberry Pi running falcon player to controll Renard Christmas light controller
Works well. I use it to connect a raspberry pi running falcon player to my Renard TR24 AC Christmas light controller. For that purpose it works well. I cannot speak to any other use of the RS48t protocol, and I only transmit.

I used this to connect my Solar Assistant to my Sol-Ark inverter through the RS485 port so I can use both the Sol-Ark app and SA at the same time. It also allows me to keep logging data with Sol-Ark and not lose that data. I made the custom CAT5 cable up by splicing into an old one and it all worked really well.

Ziel war es, eine Modbus-Verbindung zu einem Schneider Electric ATV320 VFD herzustellen, um dieses programmieren zu können. Richtig verkabelt kommt die Verbindung auf Anhieb zustande und läuft auch über Stunden stabil. Das Gerät macht einen robusten und wertigen Eindruck. Für eine solche Anwendung eine klare Empfehlung.
