Excellent little add on valve for all who own a (car) pump that has the irritating screw fitting type.Who oh why they don't make them all like this is beyond me, but the pump came with the car, so we thought best to simplify its use and buy this quick release type.And yes, this little valve does exactly that!As gone are the days of having to time it quickly to unscrew the old one off, to only realise it has let to much air out, or try the other way - to inflate a tad more, and unscrew hoping that the escaped air brings it to the correct pressure, only to then be told by the cars on board computer; that there's issues with tyre pressures, argh, argh, argh... very, very irritating indeed!Thankfully, all now a thing of the past, yippee!Recommend highly for an easier life 😉

If like me you're tired of manufacturers making tyre inflators & tyre pumps with those awful screw-on ends to attach to your tyre's valves, then this is what you need. It just screws into the screw-end of your inflator's or pump's existing air line, and the other end is a much more user friendly thumb-lock attachment for your tyre's valve. No needless fumbling & hissing, it jump clamps on & stays put while you fill the tyre, and unclamps with almost no air loss. And the connection between this and the existing air line is well sealed also. Easy 5 star.

My portable car compressor was difficult to use because of the amount of air lost while unscrewing the hose. This attachment screws onto the hose and now, no air is lost, which means I can now trust the reading on the gauge. Amazon offers a great service and has seen a significant increase in sales and profits due to the pandemic, so what a pity that they have found a loophole to avoid paying the 2% Digital Services Tax. The NHS needs this money.

If you own a 12v tyre pump with a screw type hose than this is a must. Screw it on to your pumps hose and then all that fiddling about trying to screw on and off the tyre valve and loosing air in the process has gone. Quick easy to use and no lose of air and pressure. I bought another for my Dad and he loves it too. Simple and easy to use.

I bought this for my tyre inflator as I was unable to easily get it to attach to my granddaughter small bike tyres, without letting all the air out when unscrewing it. This makes going round the cars tyres so much quicker and less fiddly on a cold morning.

Used to upgrade a screw on type fitting found on my portable 12V tyre inflating compressor. Makes it much easier to use and should be used on all portable compressors as standard.Well worth the upgrade

I purchased this because I got fed up with the standard screw on adapter. It works great and does the job!

While the chuck locks to the valve , it does not seal. So air leaks from the valve.I have tried this on different vehicles, motorcycles and cars. It did not give a sealeven with the chuck locked. Trying locking the chuck at various positions on the valve does not help.Definitely a fail. This product as delivered to me does not work.
