I take this supplement every morning to help with my stress level and level-headedness. It does seem to work, but I noticed it turns my urine a neon yellowish color. Did anyone else notice this?

My depression and anxiety have been at its worst. I felt so hopeless and just not like myself so I decided to try this. It’s only been 3 days and WOW. My anxiety is still there but it’s manageable and my mood has drastically improved. I went from laying on my couch all day crying to actually getting up starting to do things again. I wouldn’t say it’s a miracle vitamin, but I will say it’s helpful. I’ve been more focused and able to handle the stressful things going on much easier. I love this and will probably continue taking it.

I like that it contains the B vitamins and niacin- however, i bought it to try to help me sleep and it hasn't helped as yet.

It has been almost a month now. I take 2 cap's every morning, I have Major Depressive Disorder and it seems like it has been at an all time high the last few months. I was really hoping for a miracle, something that would lift my spirits and just help me live better. Well..no luck. I cannot say I notice any diffrence at all.
