ReadyWrap Calf Compression Sleeve - Adjustable, Breathable

Love the product, easy to use for an elderly patient. However received the product in black when I ordered it in beige.

These are very well made and are perfect for me. If you buy these be careful to get the right size.

XXL is on the chart as fitting 53 to 68cm. The longest part of the wrap was 67cm. There must be at least 10cm overlap for the velcro to stick, so at the top of the scale, it must be stretched at least 10 cm to stick. The shorter strips must be stretched even more. (If you measure on the lower end of the chart, it should be fine.) The liner sock circumference is only 19cm, though - far too much compression to be safe on a XXL calf.The wrap is well made, but the velcro is sewn on. When it wears out, it will need to be carefully removed and replaced with heavy duty 2-sided velcro.

They work mostly as expected; However, when looking at the manufacturer, it was supposed to be the ready wraps from Solaris which are a little longer (not Loughman). So the Xl barely fit my 22in calves( not like my ready wraps by Solaris). And even though I ordered 2 of the same size. One is shorter than the other. The Velcro in my original wraps is shot, so I really had no choice but to keep these and use. My own fault for waiting so long to order. I’ll probably order from a lymphedema compression wrap site next time for the same price just longer getting with the shipping. But at least I’ll get the brand I order and know works well for me with sizing, etc.

NEXT GEN WRAPA huge improvement over what I have been struggling with. From my point of view, the Solaris wrap is a life-saver. The six rings of super-soft material resemble a stack of "Life Savers," a candy treat with a hole in the middle. I was daunted at first about how to proceed -- not being able to stand up and touch my toes -- but then, the light dawned. I attached each ring as loosely as possible to make a tube. Then, sitting on my bed, I used a "dressing stick" to guide the tube onto my foot and part of the way up my leg: just far enough to get a grip. Problem solved. p.s. I ordered the largest size and cut off the smallest ring.

These are just what we have searching for to help with the compression of my husband's legs. They are quick to put on, comfortable and easy to remove. I suggest the purchase of the inner stocking which help keep these on the leg. I definitely recommend this.

This item is too late to return. I'm leaving this review after using this item for approximately one month. It was great at first, but the material/fabric the brace is made of, is performing badly. It's now harder for the velcro attached to close the brace making the fit tighter. The fabric is now fuzzy and pilling making it harder to close the brace securely. I need this item for the rest of my life. Buying multiple of this item per year will be too expensive.

As a lymphedema therapist I like having options to help patients be compliant with their compression therapy. Solaris Ready Wraps are simple to use, easy to wear, and allow for dressing changes for wounds. My patients love them. I love them.
