This heavy duty non-stick baking mat is a wonderful product and perfect for both oven and freezer uses. It holds up well for baking any kind of cookies or meringues, and I have also used it for freezing chocolate-covered banana slices. The smooth coating has proven to keep things from sticking in either use, and it is also easy to wash off. I have tried other brands of heat resistant baking mats in the past. Although this one is thicker and sturdier, it is also smaller than some other products. Keep that in mind if you plan on using it to make cookies since you might need to buy more sheets. The cost definitely pays for itself, however, when you compare against a roll of parchment paper, which is usually one third the price of this baking mat. Also, I have found that the foil-backed parchment paper usually curls up at the ends during baking, which ruins the cookies or meringues at the edge of the sheet.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. When I seen these baking mats I had to try them. They are a perfect size (12 5/8'' X 8'') to fit my sheet pans! Not only are they durable they withstand up to 480 degrees in the oven. The cookies I made did not stick at all..and werre nice and evenly baked! The mat washed up easily and all I did was shake it off after rinsing air dry it! I would recommend this baking mat to any baking enthusiast!

I just received this today, and it fits one of my pans perfectly. I am including an image of the mat itself and also one with the mat in a (standard) pan that measures 13x9x2 inches (the mat still has the plastic wrap it came shipped in). I can't wait to use it and if it does not live up to my expectations I will update the review! For now I am giving it 5 stars!
