Crooked
Purchased this item to be a small mail holder in my home’s entryway. It is so cute and I love the look of it but the one I received is very crooked on one side.. I understand that it might not be perfect, and I think that matches the ~vibe~ of it but it was so crooked it looked awful when I hung it. I’ve since then just shoved it in a drawer. Bummer!

Color not as pictured
Mine wasnt problematically off-center, but was a weird yellow mustard color rather than a more natural straw basket color. Still deciding if I should return it, because it is definitely weirder looking than the pictures on the listing suggest.

Not very happy with product. Not as described
Very disappointing. I received my item bent and smashed, but the box was in perfect shape. Whomever sent the product had to have known the basket was smashed. and the color and quality of the item is very cheap and does not look as pretty as it does in the description/pictures.Edit to add: got my replacement basket in the mail today.. had the same issue with basket #2! Crushed and bent!I tried to use a few books to flatten it, but it doesn’t seem to be helping at all.The quality is t great, it definitely does not look like that pics. It does not look like a rustic rattan basket. It looks more like something my 1st grader would have made In art class.

No, nooo, 👎 NOPE
One of the baskets was completely damaged when it arrived. Besides that, I attempted to fix it but it is such a cheaply made product that it just broke in a thousand pieces every time I touched it. The other basket was fine enough but again, it’s incredibly cheap so not sure how it will even be functional. There are tons of other cute wicker baskets on Amazon for the same price. Don’t buy this

Do not buy - Stay away from this listing & go find yourself another basket
I wanted to like this so much - but as soon as it arrived, I realized I wasted my money. The top of the basket is TOTALLY off-center, making the product super crooked when you hang it plus it just looks ugly and totally not what was advertised. I don't even think it's worth $1, let alone $10. Stay away from this listing & go find yourself another basket
