Quality control?
These are certainly not precision fasteners and I only got seven bolts. I did get an extra vaguely bolt-shaped object with no threads.

These were as expected. I received a wrong sized bolt in one pack, but amazon resolved that to my satisfaction and very quickly. Overall, a good product and a good experience.

Good choice for installing dock cleats.
These bolts were a good choice for the installation of my boat/dock cleats. The hex head fits into slot nicely and they are threaded enough to accommodate differing thicknesses.
