I have made quite a few purchases in my time but I have to stress that THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE PURCHASES EVER!!! I love to make soup and have family over so whenever we have a gathering, soup is generally served at some point. What I love about this soup pot is the amount it holds, the adjustable heat settings, the way it cleans up and the CONVENIENCE!!! In the past I had crock pots and they serve the purpose but what I love about this pot is the lid just lifts up and I don't have to worry about where to put the cover when I scoop or where to put the ladle. It all conveniently stays all together, minimizing my clean up. I look for excuses, now, to make soup =) It is a professional grade quality. If you like to serve soup to large crowds I would HIGHLY recommend this product. It is one of my FAVORITE PURCHASES of all time!!!

We really like this soup warmer at our Seniors Center.We have only had it for a few short months however the pot inserts are pitting very badly. What a shame. Is there somewhere we can get replacement pots? This is not food safe. Amazon has been very helpful regarding a refund.
