My mom has been using this Gaiam Pilates Ring for and I’m really impressed with the quality. It’s lightweight but still provides solid resistance, and the foam-padded handles are comfortable on both hands and legs. It doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap at all. I mainly use it for core, inner thighs, and arm toning, and it definitely makes a difference without taking up much space. The ring keeps its shape and tension even after repeated use, which is something I was worried about with foam equipment. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to add low-impact strength work to their routine. Easy to store, easy to use, and great value for the price. Would absolutely recommend for at-home workouts or Pilates sessions.

Perfect addition for my little gym and workouts! This ring is tough and harder to push in than one would think! It’s my first ever time using a ring though so that could be part of it! Comfortable grips for pressing. It seems to be of great quality and the price was right!!!

The padding on one of the sides of the ring came off. I guess it wasn't secured on well. I was able to stick it back but you never know when it may come off again. Other than that the ring is fine and great for practicing pilates. Very sturdy.

I worked my upper legs out every other day using this ring and it is fabulous. I've seen a noticeable difference in a month and being 71 I don't usually get results that fast

I have been using a stretch band for hamstrings. The material digs a little into my hands which makes it uncomfortable. I started using a Pilates ring in yoga class for hamstrings and also to engage core muscles and bought this ring for home use The grip is comfortable and I keep it at the bottom of my nightstand so I can grab it to stretch when I wake up. I also do some partial sit-ups while pushing in with my hands. The instructions clearly tell you other exercises you can use with the ring. It’s well made and has maintained its structural integrity. The size was perfect for my needs (and my wife’s). Great addition to my exercise routine at a good price.

I bought this ring because I wanted to practice pilates outside of my usual class. The rings used in class actually have some weight to them and are, dare I say, higher quality. I've seen the Gaiam brand on a lot of expensive things and expected this ring to match that of the one in the gym I use, but: 1. It is feather weight - almost weightless. 2. I've had it for a few weeks and the inner foam pad is detaching (seems like it the adhesive was something like glue?) 3. It feels kinda cheap. If you use it only for balance/transfer exercises, it's fine, but if you're looking to add in any of the abduction/adduction exercises, this ring has ZERO resistance.

A must needed accessory in your Pilates life to give you a little more spice and the results you’re looking for in your core, your arms, obliques, inner thighs it’s just too good and perfect to get you summer already.

I bought this as a used one. I would have never known except for the sticker on the box. Great price, great product.
