The sizes run a bit small, so I had to return the first hat. But when the second one arrived it came with a glued on fabric wings instead of the metal wings that came with the first one. So don't expect reliability. the glue had also failed and the wings weren't attached.Other then that, This is a mostly good quality hat. Wool and fabric interior, and its very solid. This isn't a cheap Halloween item.

I like the quality of this hat for the price. The only problem I had was that it did not come in a 1/2 size larger. I ordered the largest size available. It’s a little tight, but I hope that it will stretch out enough so I don’t get a headache from my head being squeezed.

Perfect oversized pilot/ captain hat. Everyone looks good in this hat. It is so cute.
