It's a really pretty piece of art, nice color, but I had to return it, because it was too small for the vase that I was using..

I purchased the 6.5" inside diameter version. It looks exactly like the listing (a bright glossy redish brown) and came in perfect condition. It's displaying a 48lb 10" diameter sphere and I don't feel it's in any danger of rolling off. I honestly think it's perfect. I believe the size down would have held the sphere securely enough, but it would have been mostly hidden by the ball as well. Very happy with how it turned out.

Recently ordered two of these stands....and am so pleased!Alot of these stands are not finished very nicely, but these are absolutelybeautiful. The wood is very smooth with a very nice color and finish. Easily theprettiest I've seen!

I bought this as a display stand for my six inch crystal ball and it is a perfect fit. The stand is sturdy and well-made and it doesn't leave any dust or staining on my furniture or the crystal. It also doesn't have any weird chemical smells. While a bit expensive, it was well worth the investment.
