Has some issues installing
If you would have told me some time ago about cutting the mobo with pliers i would have said it's crazy, but here we are Gigabyte, here we are...One of the integrated mobo shield legs is fixed on the bottom of the mobo using a diagonal metal connector. If the case has integrated and wider mobo lifters (like my Thermaltake Core V21), the shield leg overlaps with the lifter on assembly and the mobo does not fit on that side.I had to cut the metal shield support leg on that side with pliers so it fits the case. The BIOS on this thing is also pretty old.F2 isn't even in the download page anymore. The tool provided in the BIOS for updating and backing up the current BIOS was pretty useful and easy to use though.Unlike other reviewers here, I have had success using G.Skill Ripjaw V 3200GHZ 2x16GB RAM.Set XMP profile, but only worked up until 3000MHz with 1.35V.Tried higher voltages, seems it just doesn't like 3200Mhz, but there could be many reasons why that's happening and for 200Hz it's not worth investigating.

Worked for my 10900k. Running a direct-die setup with 64GB RAM @ 3200mhz
Maybe there's some bad quality control on these boards... but the reviews made this out to be horrible. Tried it myself and everything worked perfectly. I am running a 10900k @ 5.1ghz direct-die with only 8 pins (my PSU doesn't have the extra 4-pin for the CPU) along with 64gb of RAM at a 3200mhz XMP profile. I would try it as this is a fantastic matx board for the price.

Solid build
This was a nice looking solid board that posted once then crashed permanently. After two more boards and hours of testing I have a bunk CPU!!! Never before in my life. Maybe the 10400 is low binned. What a pain. Intel is replacing and Amazon was cool in replacing the boards the bunk CPU soiled. Cool board. I might just get again when I get a working processor.

Good budget z490 board.
I'm using the motherboard with an i5 10600k and have had no issues with the stability of the computer. It also identified my M2 NVE drive without cause.I had to install the intel LAN drivers to use the ethernet port but it was available on the CD provided with the board.

Buy something better like an MSI or Asus.
The motherboard it self isn't bad, but it has bad features. It only has 3 system fan slots. It has two M.2 slots but one is titled something different and says "limited functionality" and gives no explanation on what that means. And Gigabyte's RGB software is more than enough to not buy this (and no, you can't use other companies software). The software effects are basic and has the potential to break your computer. I experienced continuous freezes and crashes from RGB Fusion.

Gigabyte does not disappoint but only 3 and 2 "usable" Pci Slots!
A really good Motherboard although it only comes with 3 pci slots and 2 get taken by a single GPU... so you end up with only 1 x PCI Express x1 slot more available for an extra expansion card.
