Product came bent. Was able to bend it back into shape. But who know what will happen if it gets bent again. The cut is very nice and it looks great. But I would have it where there is more connecting support between the two names when possible. Having the letter d in the bottom name connect to the upper name would help greatly with support. I’ve seen other images in reviews that I wonder why such a large name has only one connection.

Because of the font my name came back spelled wrong because the letters sat to close to each other. There is no refunds and they don't redo the necklace either. They did offer a 20% refund which isn't much considering the price but was something
