Can this be used as a stationary antenna as well?

I have worked some sats with another system by angling the antennas up at 45 degree angle with a tv antenna rotator my sustem was a 2 2m and 44 ib ab H config with a pre amp and switch and high grade coax. ai hav luck either hearing or working many sats or other modes maybe this might give you some ideas. I like at a rented apartment now so much more limited.
