It arrived with the lid broken

This product really helped my hair. It made it a little shiny as well! Another plus is that is smells good. but the reason it's not 5 stars is the package came broken, but it's not the items fault (I think)

The product arrived damaged. The hand pump part was completely broken off. Thankfully I still had one from the old bottle. Also, It was slightly opened so therfore it leaked all in the box. Was a little bummed with this order.

Shampoo is very thin/almost watery in consistency. Does not lather or appear to be concentrated like other TIGI products I have used.

I love this shampoo but the bottle should have been packaged better. Pump on the bottle was broken when received and shampoo was leaking everywhere.

Bottle was leaking when I opened it. Didn’t lose a lot of product but disappointing.

Pump on the bottle does not work. I bought the bigger bottle because of price and the pump. The pump does not work at all!

Shampoo pump came broken. Plastic bag shampoo came in was full of shampoo and so was shipping bag. Very disappointed.
