Most vitamin K-2 supplements only supply 100 mcg. I have read that it is best to supplement with 300 or 400 mcg MK-7 daily (along with vitamin D3). The reason we need the K-2 is it directs calcium away from our arteries and into our bones where it is needed. Always take it with vitamin D3. They work together for our benefit. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Now Foods provides quality supplements with zero odor.

NOW has been reviewed many times by third party companies and their products always contain the listed amount and often exceed what is advertised. I take two MK-7 Vitamin K-2 300 mcg daily with 5,000 FU of D-3. I feel very healthy and have plenty of energy for 72 years. Highly recommend this product!

This is the best value I found for a high dose of MK7 K2 from a larger supplement company. I’d tried another lesser known brand previously, and while it had an even higher dose at a better price - the packaging on that other product was very cheap and started peeling, the bottle was slightly deformed, etc. These supplements really need to be from trustworthy sources and companies since they’re not regulated by the FDA. So I definitely judge by packaging and I’m just sticking with the larger brand names from now on.

I have been taking NOW brand both vitamins MK7 K2 300 mcg and D3 1,000 IU because my doctor recommended that I should take it together to help my bone density. The tablets are small and easy to swallow and never made my stomach upset. Highly recommend this product.

Yes I found this to be effective, well I believe so, veins have definitly quietened down and some disappeared since taking this supplement. Will buy more in the future.
