Dad and I brewed this kit earlier this month and it was our first attempt at all grain brewing. Followed instructions and made an awesome beer. Definitely the best beer we have made so far, much tastier than an extract kit. Thanks for putting this kit together!

This is an excellent recipe and a great price as well. I've tried unsuccessfully for a couple of years to brew a Hazy IPA and after upping my game by buying a brewing machine I was finally successful. The flavor is like most of the Hazy IPA's that are out there now, it has a wonder aroma and it just works. It looks, smells and tastes like an Hazy IPA. I should know, I live in San Diego so you can't throw a stick without hitting a brewery here not to mention several large breweries that have a significant footprint when it comes to brewing beer. Keep in mind you need eliminate ALL oxygen after pitching your yeast. Oxygen is only your friend then after that it's your mortal enemy.

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that I got hefeweizen yeast instead of a lager yeast. Luckily I had w-34/70 lager yeast laying around. I think also the hops had a relatively low aa for hallertau hops so I boiled 1oz at 60 and 1oz at 15

I’m always frustrated by other brands on Amazon who take weeks to ship my grain. I received this just a few days after ordering. He included great guidelines for mash temps. I can’t wait to get started!

I have been making home brew for 20 years and figured this was the ordinary brew kit. You need special equipment to make and the directions were very unclear. Stuck with a kit and no idea how to make the beer. Might have to call the Local Brewery for help. Probably a good tasting beer if I was able to make it.

Bought this kit for a dirty santa beer kit exchange in my homebrew club. Kit was received quicker than expected. Ingredients were vacuum sealed and packaged well. Dry yeast has good date too!
