Croatia and Slovenia Map

High quality paper and a fair amount of detail. One thing was surprising. The overlap of the surrounding countries was sparse so it made entering and exiting Slovenia a little challenging when planning. The price seemed a little high compared to similar maps I've bought.

The map was very comprehensive and detailed all of the routes we were interested in taking. It would have been a little better if the map had been restricted to Croatia with a different map of Slovenia allowing for enlargement of the map detail and making the maps easier to read.

We recently went on vacation to Croatia and Slovenia and drove all over both countries. It was hard to find a good map, but I was so glad that I had ordered this map in advance, because it was the best and only good driving map that we found on the whole trip!If you're going to be driving in Croatia and/or Slovenia, this is the best map for you. It clearly labels all the roads, cities, towns, mountains, etc., and between this great map and the excellent signage on the roads in both countries, driving was very easy.

Could not have planned our trip as well without it. GPS and other electronics can fail you. Glad I learned to read maps and know how to find my way around with one.

Just enough detail to support my travels. I like the addition of trains/lifts and clear idea of road size. I am a bicyclist and love the back roads!!

Love my map of Croatia. Recently put it on a cork board to pin the towns my DNA ancestors are from. It has helped me become familiar with Croatia. Nicely done map. Even has the small towns my grandparents are from on it.

Map of Croatia is pretty small and lacks insets of cities. The Slovenia map is much bigger though and does have a couple insets with city views.

I have not seen the other map referred to by the other reviewer, but I think that this is a bad Map. Croatia is an odd-shaped country who's primary recognizable feature is the Dalmatian coast, which is quite long, north to south. This map bisects the country at its center, disorienting those who are not intimately familiar with the country. I found it hard to find some of the most obvious places (e.g. hard to find Dubrovnik!). Bad map. Baaad, baaad map.
