Too hard to assemble.
It comes flat on a box & you must put it together like treat boxes for wedding just bigger. I had one delivered broken. Once it is assemble it does serve it's purpose for the price it's ok. I just expected it to be more sturdy.

No sturdy and very fragile.Shipping took longer than need and Amazon doesn't help.If you have a size 11+ foot size, you want to avoid this by every cause.Worst product on Amazon.Cost more in headaches and frustration to send back.

$30 for thin plastic boxes
No instructions, a good thing the internet is a thing or would’ve been a waste of $30. $30 for 12 plastic boxes and plastic lids is a scam. Thin plastic might I add. Not worth buying.

Works great in my closet!
I bought these because plastic shoe containers from other places are as much as six bucks apiece. I used all 36 I ordered and they work wonderfully. They are a little difficult to assemble, but once I got the hang of it, and realized they connect together for stability, I really like them. Honestly, they could be stiffer plastic, but they are holding my shoes - I'm not standing on them. Good value in comparison to what else is out there.
