Full Brim Hard Hat, Custom Vibrant Vandal Design Safety Helmet, With 4 Point Suspension, by Acerpal

I am part of an Emergency Response Team and our safety equipment is critical. I also live in Seattle where it rains and having this type of hard hat was nice since it helps keep the rain out of my eyes. The inside strap that sits on your head is very comfortable and adjusts very easily. Just a few clicks and it sat snugly on my head without falling off.One piece of advice if you are going to buy the little clips that keep a headlamp on. Most of them are made of hard plastic but since this hard hat has a brim on it the plastic clips don't work as well, or at least look funny. There are clips that are made out of elastic and hard plastic that work perfectly. The hard plastic clips onto the brim of the hard hat and then headlamp strap feeds through the elastic material.I would recommend this to a friend.How I review:When I review a product said product automatically starts with four stars as I rarely will purchase anything below four stars. I then add and/subtract stars based on certain criteria as listed below.1. If an item is exactly what I expected and nothing more it will receive a four star rating2. If an item surpasses my expectations it will gain a star (5 Stars)3. If an item goes slightly below my expectations it will lose a star (3 Stars)4. If the instructions for the product (if needed) are poorly written (hard to understand due to language issues or grammar) or just too hard to follow it will lose a star no matter if the product meets or exceed my expectations5. If a product is significantly below my expectations I will deduct two stars6. It will be rare that I would give a product one star since I buy mostly items that have a 4+ rating but in rare instances there may be a good reason that even a four star product receives a one star rating from me. It could be because of customer service issues from the company but whatever the case is I will clearly explain my reason for giving a product only one star

I’ve been using hard hats in my work for 40 years. This is the worst fitting hard hat I’ve ever worn. The suspension height is not adjustable and it sits so low on the head that it pushes down on my eyebrows which is not only uncomfortable, but it also interferes with my safety glasses. The suspension is also light and flimsy, not what I’m used to with quality hard hats. I purchased the hard hat with the faux carbon fibre texture. When carrying the hard hat to work, I bumped it on a door handle. Not hard; just bumped. And I immediately noticed three scrapes on the black and the primer color, which is a light powder blue color showed right through. I placed the hard hat upside down on a shelf and now the top is scraped. Very cheap.

It's a very good hat. Nice and light. Wish it came in six point suspension.

This is not what I ordered. Not even closed to the picture shown. What I ordered is a darker color close to black or dark red etc.

After many many years of construction I decided to treat myself with nice, comfortable and different appearing hard hat. This matte finish with patterened surface got quite a few compliments and "where did you buy that" comments. Fits great, comfortable and much cooler than my old company issued POS.

Not quite as low profile as I would have liked and it is a bit wide.I am 6'2" and still bump my helmet getting in my work truck.I am more concerned of a neck injury than a head injury.It fits nice though. The padding is comfortable on a bald head.It's great looking and I get compliments and inquiries on it on job sites.Super lightweight so it doesn't give you bobblehead.Priced right.

This is a great hard hat. Comfortable, and light. Also, I have dreadlocks that cause my hard hat to always fall off, but the 4 point strap works great! I can bend pipe and never have to worry about it falling off.

Very light and comfortable. Literally I bought this for the aesthetics and it quickly became the most talked about piece of personal protective equipment I have. As a safety inspector I want people to take notice and emulate my actions by protecting themselves. Thank you

Complete garbage do not buy, nothing like advertised material is cheap, thin, and you can almost literally fold it in half. The design is no where near carbon fibre, merely just a grid of different coloured dots. Tightening mechanism garbage skips cogs when you try to tighten DO NOT BUY

Came before expected date, fits well and is exactly as described. Great product.
