My waist is 36" and I'm glad I read reviews and yes get it a size smaller which I purchased a medium.... and yes it comes with the band.... very comfortable and satisfied

Elastic piece that goes around after putting on vest rolls. It rolls up and down. my niece tried on who is a size 6 It eolled on her as well. She has no stomach. Also no sweating like it says. I sweat more in regular wrap that has no thermal layer.

I love this waist trainer. My tummy area has ALWAYS been my issue. I started wearing the Hot Shapers waist cincher to my kickboxing classes. 1. Thought it would limit my mobility when having to kick and box. It takes a second to get use to the feeling of something hugging you, but after you do it moves along with your body when exercising. 2. Kickboxing makes me sweat already, but with the waist cinched, I worked up swear doubletime and especially around my tummy 3. I wear it under clothes even when I'm not working out :) It holds my tummy in and just makes me look sexier with it on! 4. The sizes were true to size. If you look on the size chart, it was very accurate for me.

Well the way this shaper was represented is not what it's worth I have a different shaper I work in and it makes me sweat way more plus I wear a tshirt underneath and by the time I get home my tshirt is soaked,I received my hot shaper today wore it to work with out a tshirt underneath and bearly had any sweat at all very very disappointed with this product and for the price not worth it.

The hot shaper is awesome it fits perfect and covers your whole back. I love it very comfortable. Will order another one when I get to a smaller size.

I ordered this item and in the picture and description of the item it said it had the silver clasp closures along the belly. What I received is paper thin and needs to be put on by pulling over my head. There is no snaps to put it on so once this one is too big i will have to completely order a new one as there is no making it smaller or bigger. For 70$ I would expect to get what was pictured and described. Very very disappointing.
