The good: I have put 240 miles on this bike in less than a month. So it has been "broke in". The battery lasts a very long time. After riding hard for a full hour I still have 70% of battery left. I was worried I would not like the battery recovery feature because it slows the bike but you can toggle it on and off pretty easily. I am 6 foot and 260 pounds so I wanted a big bike. I can still get it up to about 28 mph at my weight no problem. That is plenty fast. Everything seems to be very good quality as far as the components go. Very pleased overall.The bad: The people that boxed up this bike don't know much about packing. The battery wasn't wrapped and was loose in the box. Because of this there was a gash in the side of the battery from kicking around in the box. All they had to do was wrap it. Still functional but that big scratch was disappointing. Also, no manual. I had to do some research to figure out how to do simple tasks like resetting the tripometer and figuring out the cruise control feature and how to use the energy recapture. No assembly instructions either but I found that to be pretty straightforward. The brakes and gears did need some adjusting as well but that is pretty normal. One of the stickers looked like it was put on by a 2 year old. It was folded over. I give the bike itself 5 stars... fit and finish I will give 3 due to the poor packing and the sticker. But given the price compared to comparable bikes I can put up with those minor details but they could be very easily remedied by the shipper and manufacturer.
