I did my cousins firsts and seconds as well as my fourths very easily. Most of my piercings were with a sewing needle so this is a wonderful difference. I used the 14 guages needles to fit the 16 guage earrings in. I will definitely be ordering more as I need them

I thought I ordered 3 18g needles but I apparently I ordered 5 18g and 5 20g. Either way, neither of them fit my 20g earrings. There was so much blood trying to follow the lead of these. They work but I guess you need 2 sizes larger than your jewelry?? Never seen that in all my years. Usually you can stick the jewelry in the end of the needle and feed it through the fresh hole but not this. Lot of blood.I gave it 3 stars because it poked a good hole. Smaller than I needed and it was a hot mess. I would NOT do this to anyone else but by the time I figured out what I was dealing with I'm not having a wound for no reason. I don't love pain. I want something to show for it. They were nice and pointy. Very sharp. But I shouldn't need a 16g for a 20g hole.
