Great Album!
I bought this album the day it was released at Target with the bonus tracks. I didn't know what to expect. I never got into their first album, butt I knew I liked their sound. (I was really into Naked & Famous previously.)Boy was I in for a surprise. This has easily become one of my favorite albums of all time. Every song is great, no filler. My music taste is all over the place, butt I'll go out on a limb and say there's nothing better than good Pop music done right. (This feeling started with Tegan & Sara's Heartthrob. I've always been a Michael & Spice Gals fan.)I was hesitant towards getting this album on vinyl too, especially on a clear vinyl. The packaging looked too nice to pass up, and I love the album that much. It sounds great on vinyl. Nothing detracted by not being a black vinyl. Sure, the bass isn't as overpowering as the CD, butt I like having the two to compare. Anybody on the fence about this album or genre should give this a try. It's pop done right.

Sound seems a bit off, I'm not sure why
I wasn't sure what rating to give this album. I have a cheap Jensen JTA-220 turntable, and I suspect that part of the problem may be my cheap turntable and not the record. The audio from this album seems a little 'off', and seems like the tone can vary a bit, going up and down a bit in a sinwave like pattern. It definitely sounds worse than the digital Chvrches album I have. Most other albums seem to play OK on the Jensen turntable I have, so I don't know why this album would be causing a problem. But, I also have to think that the record manufacturer would have a decent quality control process when making the master dies for pressing the album, so I can't figure out why this album sounds the way it does. I don't think the record material should make a difference, unless somehow the specially colored vinyl has more drag and the cheap motor in my Jensen turntable can't handle the extra load. I'd be interested to hear what other people's experience with the album is.

Great album
This is a great album and yet of Chvrches 3 studio albums thus far this is probably my least favorite only because the other two are in my opinion slightly better.

Amazing album and even better LP
This is not only one of my favorite albums, but also one of my favorite LPs. The vinyl itself is clear/blue with specks of green in it. It really is beautiful. Sounds amazing too, no warping or other weird stuff other reviewers said. Comes in a gatefold cover with a slip over black cover as shown in the one photo.

Hard to find version
Excellent album if you like this group, and the bonus tracks are worth it. Serious pain in the butt to purchase tho, in the end the premium to buy it through Amazon 3rd party seller was worth the time I wasted trying to find it elsewhere.

Five Stars
Has the song Up in Arms which most other CD's won't have.
