Game Controller for PS4- Double Shock 4 Wireless Controller for Playstation 4 with USB Cable 2019 Upgraded Version

Packaging of were intact( inside amazon box) and came with customer service card which I appreciated. Only gave a 4 star because the cord charging port is moves slightly. Was not easy to get it to line up for cord but have a charging dock now so hopefully no more issues with slow charge. These paddles look I would give 5stars, no scratches or damage and color true to picture.

When I first got the controllers they look and felt like real ones. The very first time I connected them they both worked fine. Once I tried to play a game only one would stay on at a time. Both controllers was still working but one stirs off if I turned the other on. So I decided to depress the reset button on the one controller that wasn’t connecting and now it won’t connect at all. The other joystick works but cuts off after about 10 min saying the battery was dead. These controllers do have potential if they can figure out how to keep them charged and connected.

I bought these for my daughter to be able to play video games with their dad. I didn't want to spend 60 each on PlayStation controllers. They work great the only problem I have is they Do Not start charged long at all. Don't know if these are just defective or what but not happy

I've recently purchased these controllers and I've had no issues after several days of using them. They look and feel like my original dual shock controller the gameplay feels just as crisp (my last 3rd party controller felt cheap and bad quality and also lagged a bit on their response). My 2 young boys are hard on them and they've survived just fine which was my biggest fear. They also linked to my phone (Galaxy S9+) for remote play and have worked great for that as well as I was worried about that from a 3rd party. So far, so good and am happy with the purchase. Battery life hasn't really been tested yet as they are usually sitting on the charger, but after several hours of gameplay they are still running strong.

Edit: They worked great for a little over a week now they suddenly disconnect a lot.These controllers are beyond my expectations for not being brandname from Sony. The sensitivity was actually better on them then it is on my controller that came with the ps4. I will be buying these again for my little sister I am so happy with them.

So I have two in the house, they work both on my playstation, and my computer with the psnow games. Also my son has one in California, and it's working great! It even works with the steam games. This seller went above and beyond to give a free one to my son in California after I did a video review for the product, and now I can play games online with my son who is miles away during the covid-19 pandemic. I will be recommending this seller and these controllers. My roommate will be buying some as well soon! Definitely recommend these!

I am trying to contact you regarding my return order. Both of the controllers started working all of the sudden, so the ones that you shipped out as their replacement, we will just also keep and you can charge my account again. I wasn’t sure how to contact you directly, but the controllers are awesome!!

I got these controllers expecting them to get made cheap. That was not the case though. i bought an officially licensed one along side these ones and i cannot tell the difference .
