HHKB - Happy Hacking Keyboard Lid (CG01000-299001)

Quality materials, distinctly customized shape, iconic logo. The only detail missing is a soft liner for the edge making contact with the keyboard-that would be an extra nice touch. Perhaps there’s a roll of insulation tape out there with a fine width? If someone knows of such a product, please share. IMO, having a roof for your keyboard(s) imparts style, utility, and status (kb-enthusiast credibility). Protection from crumbs, spills, confetti parties, ceiling ‘snow’, and dust motes keeps your keyboard clean and mean, and gives it that that nerdy sheen.

The product I received doesn't warp like some others have mentioned, but the outer edges were a bit sharp. I had to sand them down with sandpaper. Otherwise it's a great product.

I confess. I probably didn't need this cover. It's a little pricey for a plastic cover. But I saw it on someone else's HHKB and I got a little envious. So I ordered one and put in on my HHKB. Maybe the cover will serve and protect when I travel. But at home, that logo just looks cool. And looking at it and feeling nerdy -cool is worth a little bit of money, I think. :)

Does what is intended. There are cheaper options out there and mine is slightly warped. Only bought cause I wanted to brand to match my keyboard. Would get higher stars if it was cheaper.

the lib has a corner not flat! totally trash

Purchased this for my Happy Hacking Professional Keyboard Hybrid and the built quality was great. I saw mixed reviews here, however mine did not appear deformed and looks great when on the keyboard.

It fits the keyboard perfectly, but there are bubbles and impurities in the plastic, the finish of the edge and surface is not so well processed. I will say, it works, but do not expect more than that, the price is quite high compared with the quality. For an expensive keyboard, maybe it's worth the money.

This cover is a great addition to your HHKB. It is very nice to look at. Before you buy it here make sure you check the Fujitsu store as it cheaper there than it is here. The second thing, The cover that I received teeters on the top of my keyboard because it is not level. It will still block out most of the dust but it's the principle of having everything working correctly when spending so much money on your HHKB setup.

I don't believe this product is made in Japanese big company. It is twisted a bit and doesn't fit my hhkb keyboard at all. And the finishing of border is terrible. it is likely to scratch my keyboard and even cracking mark on surface. However I just decided to use this as my keyboard cover not for beautiful case but just dust protect lid. Very tired to return and wait another 2 weeks to get a new one.

I bought this cover for my HHKB Pro 2 and Pro Classic. I don't see a lot of reviews and many of them are negative. The material is basically plastic/acrylic. Mine fits perfectly as it sits flat on my keyboards, and I don't see scratches on the lid. However, the surface isn't perfect. There are some micro bubbles, but they're not visible from a distance. This looks great on my desk! For 40$, it is pretty expensive if you think of the material and the use case. However, similar off brand lids are around 25$ on aliexpress and do not look as nice. Overall, I would recommend this lid cover for HHKB users since this is an official product and it does the job. The item was shipped the next day on a weekend and I got it on Monday.

Leider nicht ganz billig, aber das ist das Keyboard ja selber auch nicht. Dafür bekommt man aber ein stilechtes, perfekt sitzendes Dust Cover für sein Keyboard.

Pricey but looks great.
