Fogless Shower Mirror (11inX7.48in), Anti-Fog Frameless Wall Hanging Makeup & Shaving Bathroom Accessory (Large, Shaver Hook)

Let's start with a brief description, then the pros and cons.This is one of the largest fogless mirrors I could find, and I bought it to speed up my shaving routine by using it in the shower. It seems to be made out of plastic and some sort of reflective foil that's embedded within for durability. There's also a cutout for a handle which allows you to both hang it or hold it. It comes with installation and usage directions that I found to be unexpectedly helpful. It also comes with a surprisingly strong piece of mounting tape for adhering the included metal hook to a wall. I think the metal hanger is aluminum and seems to be die cut and bent to its final shape. I've seen similar if not identical items used in other products as shower razor hangers.Pros: it works as expected. The mounting tape is holding up great after a couple weeks in the shower and it was dead easy to install. I've never had the mirror fog up and I've tried using it with and without the recommended preheat rinse which the directions specify will improve the clarity/fogless aspect. I really like the versatility of being able to hold it or hang it, which adds the ability to use this as a travel mirror if needed.Cons: The hanger has a sharp burr on the edges, I would guess due to the production method. I don't really think this is a huge problem for my day-to-day use but I was extra careful during installation and I could imagine others getting injured without even realizing it. I wish these were sanded down, but it's easy enough to do yourself if it's an issue. Another thing I don't like about the hanger is that it doesn't fit my double-sided safety razor, which is well within the normal size for a razor. I was able to get it to hang but not without it slipping off very easily. The mirror material is also a bit thin but for its shower usage isn't a big deal. For the price, I wish it was a little thicker which would increase its durability for use as a travel mirror.All things told I think this is a decent value. With a few places for improvement, I wish I could give it a four and a half instead of a full five stars, but for sake of it doing its intended job, I'll give it a five.

superr nice shower mirror! not foggy, not fragile, and perfect size! the hook to hang it up is SUPERRR strong and sticky! i put it on crooked… oops lol and i couldn’t get it off for the life of me. photos are the results of my dad ripping it off with a screwdriver so i just found a different hook to use. would buy again!

When I first got this mirror, I thought it was perfect: just the right size, easy to install, stayed fog and droplet free... perfect for shaving in the shower!THE BAD. Unfortunately, within 2 or 3 weeks of purchase, the anti-fogging treatment wore off and none of the anti-fogging "tricks" I tried worked: coating with soap, shampoo, saliva, toothpaste... Nope. I even splurged and bought some Rain-X Glass Treatment with great reviews for antifogging. Didn't work at all! What is worse, my wife tried cleaning the mirror and it ended up with scratches all over the surface, due to its soft, plastic materials. At this point, I would have given it a 2 - but I had an idea of how to possibly make it a 5, so I ordered a new one and tried again.THE GOOD. Once the coating wore off of the new mirror, I tried actually following the instructions and...1. Held the mirror in the hot water stream for a few seconds before returning to its wall mount (which DOES effectively keep the fog off, but not the droplets).2. I then took the shower squeegee that I use to wipe the glass down after showering and cleared the surface of droplets.The result? A perfectly clear and mist/droplet-free mirror for shaving! I've been doing this for months, now, and love this little mirror. I give it a 4 only because, like most of us, it needs a little extra effort to be a 5.Hope this review is helpful to someone.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this mirror actually stays clear in the shower!

I bought this to shave in the shower. I was really nervous that it would fog up constantly but it hasn't done that once! It's a nice quality. That being said I wish that it came with a suction cup that held it flat on the wall. I had to use an IKEA one that doesn't let it sit flat.

...I wish the defogging treatment lasted longer (within just a few days it started completely fogging up 🤔)

This product was easy to install with the adhesive hook. Keep in mind that it is a strong adhesive (so you can't move it easily once you stick it). The mirrors instructions remind you to run it under the water when you are in the shower, otherwise it fogs up.

I ordered this in early December 2014. By March this has become useless. There is a strange whiteish splotching on the surface that has faded the mirrored surface. I thought it may have been soap or lime scale, but no cleaner will cut through it. Windex, CLR, The Works Bathroom Cleaner, nothing cuts it. It has the reflectivity of a polished pan, not a mirror. It is not suitable for shaving. Do not buy.
