LXun 280148(8557403&8318314) Thermal Cut Off Kit, 8544771 Dryer Heating Element, 3392519 Dryer Thermal Fuse and 8577274 Dryer Temperature Sensor Replacement Kits for Whirlpool and Kenmore

I replaced the element and one of the sensors based on the diagnostic codes my dryer displayed. The dryer seems to work now, but the diagnostics say that the new sensor is generating an error code that is the same as the one it replaced. Not sure if it is a faulty sensor - we'll just have to wait and see how long it keeps working. Pretty sure I won't leave the dryer running unless I'm nearby to keep an eye on it. Don't want a fire due to a sensor fault.

This arrived quickly and was a direct replacement for my failed heating element. The dryer has been working just fine for a little over 2 months.

Check your part numbers for all the pieces, if you dont you won't get the right stuff. This was all plug and play, dryer was back up the day it arrived. Remember to verify all the components!!

fairly easy to install, and fixed my whirlpool duet dryer for a couple more years at least. while your replacing all this i would replace the drive belt as well since it needs to come off during repair. 1.remove top 2.remove control panel 3. remove front panel 4.remove the drum 5.replace all the parts . reverse order and reassemble. all the screws are 1/4 inch and there are some good run-throughs on YouTube

This element only lasted a year! Got 8 years out of whirlpool OEM original part. What do you expect for the price I guess. Easy to change so just ordered another one

Bought a used dryer lo and behold replaced all the parts now it's fast and loud and cost more than a brand new one I'm glad I bought used oh yeah the part works good too

I would get a 5 star except for the p/n 3392519 did not fit. Good thing it wasn't the part I needed to replace. The heater core worked perfectly!
