They don't last very long - 3 weeks and the elastic seems to lose its stretch - however if that doesn't matter to you they will last a long time. For the price you get several, and collectively they are a good deal.

If the change a few years ago, of the PHILIPS Respironics Dream HeadGear, RS was a disappointment to you, REJOICE !!! This product is an excellent replacement. IT IS EVEN BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL. I highly recommend this product. For the price, how can you not TRY IT !!

These are stiff. They fit the mask and hold it very securely. I worry that I am stretching out my mask when I put it on and take it off, but keeping a snug fit has improved my sleep. I appreciate that they're firm.

These work great, fit well. After some time they need to be replaced, but these have lasted much longer than the original ones. Plan to buy more in the future.

Review left by Gloomgirl's Husband. You get what you pay for. These are totally useless here is why: 1. They are not made from cloth they are made from STYROFOAM. Its like the thin Styrofoam sheet they place in a laptop between the screen and keyboard when shipping. Its garbage. 2. Due to the above fact, these ARE NOT ELASTIC, they have no stretch or give, if you're like me thats how you get your mask on and off by stretching it. These will not do that. 3. Lastly, they are tiny. Like for a child's head, So given they don't stretch they wont fit most people using a CPAP device. Avoid this purchase

These are about as good as the OEM head straps but far cheaper -- however, like the OEM, they will not last long. the stretch out and curl up in a short time. I came up with an alternative that works even better and costs less. I bought a neoprene Slap Strap that divers and snorkelers use to hold their dive masks on. You want to get one that attaches with velcro, not lace-through holders. You will likely need to trim about 1/8" off the width of the velcro straps for them to go through the holder on the Dreamwear frame. The Slap Strap is far stronger and more comfortable. There are two styles, the full back and a split back, either works although the split back may be better if you have a ponytail. If you use a small or medium size frame, look for a child size. Mine cost $11.
