Color Me Impressed!
I recently moved and have not had much success with my new stylist. I was paying $280 every 3 weeks because I have almost solid white regrowth and I felt like the color was going down the drain. I decided to buy this product because it got some good reviews. I bought the starter kit they recommend. It was very easy to apply. I left it on my regrowth for 40 minutes and pulled it through the rest of my hair for 5 minutes. I was worried at first because it looked a little purple but wow, wow, wow, I'm so happy. It completely covered my grey roots and they aren't lighter than the rest of my hair. The color is a perfect match of dark reddish brown. My hair feels really good and not dried out. The color is holding up well. I'm so relieved and so thrilled to find a good product that works at a tiny fraction of what I was paying for resutls I didn't like. My grey roots are so resistant and I am in awe of how well the coverage is. I highly recommend this hair color. My hair is wet in the photo but you can see the complete coverage.

Confusion about developer (and anything dark means DARK)
My hair is just growing back after chemotherapy. Even before chemo, I started using a super-gentle temporary product that tinted my grays. I played with some purplish rinses recently, but they stained my bathroom surfaces like crazy while not doing much in my hair.I decided to try this dye in 'darkest blue,' partly because it is meant to help aging hair and partly based on reviews that it fades quickly. In my experience, it does what it says -- the color is deep and rich, my hair is shiny and looks healthier than before, and it was easy to use. However, it does NOT fade. In fact, I would like it to fade. I might have left it on too long, having become accustomed to 'semi-permanent' products that require far more time than directions advise.I think I know the problem: developer. Many of us are used to boxed products that include everything we need. If there weren't a "kit" associated with this that included developer, I wouldn't have known it was needed. I've never purchased it separately before. So it's possible that people who tried it and said it faded fast didn't buy the developer -- an easy mistake to make. My mistake was thinking, "Oh, this is going to fade anyway."I haven't had good luck reaching the company's help line via text for advice about fading or removing the color, and their email help form requires an awful lot of personal information. I've seen a lot of aspirin, baking soda, detergent, vinegar and other ingredients touted online as color removers, but I'm not sure what those -- or the company's color removers -- would do to delicate hair.

Love it!
A mix of 9n and 8n, 20 developer, pulled down on a few pieces while touching up my roots- covers my nearly 100percent gray very naturally! So easy to do myself. Many compliments!!

Good color deposit, washes out after a month of 5-6 washes
I bought Blue - the intention was to dye my grays and for the rest of my black hair to maybe be tinted to see within the light. Well the grays took the blue a little, it actually just made my grays stand out a little less, dulled it out, gave it a tint of blue, but it the blue didn't take over the gray 100%. And for the black natural hair, it didn't get tinted at all in any light. After a month or so, the hair looks to be closer to how it started with all the grays showing through, I was surprised by this since it says it's a permanent dye. Oh well! I won't re-purchase just b/c it doesn't stay in my hair. But on the bright side - I don't feel like this dye damaged my hair so it's good for temporary, easy coloring.

good, but the shade didn't suit me
It's good hair dye, but it didn't work for me. It's truly long-lasting; I tried to wash out the color from my hair every day for two weeks. On the positive side, it left my hair in good condition, not damaged. The hair's condition is good. It has a normal smell. On the downside, it's not very economical; I used one and a half tubes for my not very thick, slightly below shoulder-length hair. The color didn't make me happy; my roots turned out grayish-green, and the length just turned gray.I recommend this hair dye! It didn't suit me due to my specific hair, initial shade, level of lightening, etc. This hair dye is good, you can buy it, but be attentive to the shades.

No developer- what a useless product!
Why sell something that you can’t use whithout the other bit! Who sells developer separate to hair color! Seriously. Talk about making life difficult ….

Black 🖤
Nice hair dye, I previously coloured my hair red and I wanted to go back to my dark brown hair. I tried the 3nn intense darkest brown and it perfectly covered all the red in my hair, the colour turned out close to jet black .
