CookieBot! (Harry and Horsie Adventures, 2) Hardcover – Picture Book, May 31, 2011

This has quickly become a fan favorite in our home. We have another Harry and Horsie book that was EXTREMELY well loved as a bedtime story and this one has become the one that is requested over and over by not only my soon to be 3 year old, but my almost 9 year old also. Highly recommend - cute story, great illustrations.

This was originally a random library pick and now we own it and love it! Good story, relatable, good bedtime book, easy to understand and follow. So much fun!

My 8 yo and I love this book. So fun!

The first book in this series,  Harry and Horsie , quickly became a favorite in our house, and when I discovered that a sequel had been published, we were incredibly excited and eager to order it. The illustrations, like the original Harry and Horsie, are vivid and very engaging, and my two-year-old daughter keeps finding new things to point out as we read it together. The story itself is adorable and very imaginative, and my daughter loves to gasp in alarm as the robot wreaks more and more havoc as the tale goes on. This book is at the top of our list of favorites, and I hope that there will be another adventure with Harry and Horsie coming soon.

Katie brings us another adventure in the Harry and Horsie line of children's books. Katie's story, woven together with awesome illustrations, brings to life a grand adventure beyond the normal taking of a cookie from the jar! With Harry and Horsie building the Cookiebot to reach and retrieve them some cookies, the Cookiebot becomes a cookie-monster itself and it's up to Harry and Horsie to save all the cookies! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I know my family and friends will see what a wonderful story it is and want it for their own children! Bravo to Katie and her "Harry and the Horsie" adventures! I can't wait for more!

We discovered the first Harry and Horsie by accident and it quickly became our 2 year old's favorite book. When this second tale released we were excited but at the same time wary that it might not live up to the first book's magic. I'm pleased to say it complements the first story very nicely and now our son insists we read the two in order before bed every night. I cannot thank the author and illustrator enough for such a wonderful series and we look forward to the next one.And for fans if you didn't know you can now get a Horsie stuffed animal online.[...]

My 6 year old is fascinated by this book. I have to admit, I am too. The storyline is fantastic, the narrative is concise, and the illustrations will make your imagination run wild. The retro art will make you a little nostalgic, too. Gorgeous addition to any child's library, and one they will bring out to read time and time again.

I liked it but grandson age 7 loved it. Just the right reading challenge for this 7 year old. I found the pages to be a bit uncolorful for a book on imagination but grandson did not mind. He really enjoyed the story too says his mom. I did not get a chance to read the story but will update this when I do.

My son loved this book to bits, and still does, even after reading it several times by now. The illustrations are fabulous and the story is simple but entertaining enough, a treat as a bedtime story.

This book is beautiful. I would happily frame any one of the pages to hang in my home and I was gutted to have to give it to the recipient. I bought both books and a horsie cuddly toy for a little boy called Harry.

My daughter loves this series of books. Illustrations are fantastic. Cool connection to David Letterman too.

We love Harry and Horsie! The original Harry and Horsie adventure book is the best, but this is a close second!
