Tonight I was going to write a 3 star review, because one shoe stopped charging and lighting. I initially thought it was due to cheap wiring, but I was wrong. If this happens to you, pull out the footbed, you will see a white flap underneath. Pull the flap up, and you will see the control unit. Pull it out (gently). Chances are the two pronged connector came loose (battery connector). Dig in the forward area under there for the other end of the plug, plug it back in, and place it all back where it belongs. This will save you from serious kid disappointment.As a secondary, moderate to low use shoe (1 to 2 times per week), the shoe shows no wear, and the lighting system is going strong (after repair). Everyone that sees them absolutely loves them, and my daughter loves them too...

Super great led shoes! I have quite a collection of these shoes! They do run a lil large but it is still ok. I just double up on my socks!!! I wear these all the time. When charging it will light up red. When done charging it will light up green. That's good to know so you don't over charge the shoes. I get compliments all the time. I love these type of shoes!!!! These came with a remote control! This is awesome if you want to control the brightness or the light or change the color with out having to bend over and do that manually from your shoes. It is really a plus to have the remote control! Would buy again!

My daughter used her allowance money to buy these. I was a bit nervous about how the quality would be, but they seem pretty good, especially for the price! They fit her well and she loves them. No problems so far.

I bought these for my sister and was skeptical about them. I was stressing for no reason. These shoes are so. Stinking. Cute! The shoe is well made and fits just right. It comes with a remote that you point at the shoes and it will change the blinking pattern/color. They also have a button inside the shoe so you can change colors without the remote. My sister can even make her shoes light up two different colors at the same time. She LOVES them! Heck, I love them! I'm currently trying to figure out if it's too late in my adult life to wear light up shoes as she charges hers...

I am writing this review based on what I saw when I opened the box and how fast I received my items. I ordered two pairs for my two daughters. The shoes were awesome looking and we'll put together. We only used the button on the inside of the shoes and it worked perfectly. The shoes changed colors and many different color patterns. We didn't use the remote or charger since the were to small for both daughters we didn't want to open the remotes or chargers because I'm sending them back for bigger sizes. The shoes seem to be very nice and they can't wait to wear them. My only complaint is that they cut small and you must order a size up.

Ordered pink, which is a hot pink, not the dusty pink it appears to be. Ok, no biggie. One charger port/button was pulled out of the shoe, had to stuff it back into the little pocket..not an easy task. (I'm thinking it's a returned shoe.) Came with 2 remotes, both control only one shoe. Why, idk. Trying to attach the charger ends to the ports inside the shoe isn't easy, either. Idk why they didn't put the ports in the tongues, makes more sense...easier access. No way to tell if the shoes are charged all the way up, and no directions are included with them. The Flash Lights sneakers I bought my 10- yr old son at Walmart are better-made, and cost less. These won't be everyday shoes, so I hope these last a while.*Update* Lights quit on one shoe within a week of receiving them. Sent them back for a refund! Sucks because I really liked them.

I the center of attention (my favorite place to be) when wearing these cute shoes. They actually are helpful whether trekking through Mammoth Caves on vacation or climbing stairs going up to the top of the St. Louis Arch. Hope you got lots of new orders from oldies like me who asked where I got them. Fun, Fun, Fun and comfortable for walking.

i bought these for my granddaughter and she loved them. They replaced a pair that had one shoe that did not work. These both work. The only problem, which isnt really a problem, is my granddaughter has to remember to charge them every night which she doesn't. They seem like they will hold up just fine. Definitely a good buy and would recommend it to anyone.
