Made a Nigel Slater chicken recipe with this. I used less than advised and it was delicious. For a hotter marinade use recommended amount.

Massamann curry is supposed to be fragrant as opposed to be fiery. Great flavours but I'm not great with heat so would not buy again.

I wrote a negative review on this product earlier this week based solely on the fact that the delivery was wrong. The Ultimate Burger mix contains sugar, it is the first ingredient listed so there is more sugar than anything else. Not suitable for diabetics so I will pass this mix on to someone who can use it. Note to self-look at the ingredients before you buy. I have other spice mixes from this company that are sugar-free.
