30 bucks, 97% you'll get a good one, if you don't there is probably no customer service, there is no case, this is a "no frills" version, that means no display except for red LEDs, there is one button (press it multiple times to cycle through power), but I bought this for a friend who wasn't sure if they wanted one and it works EXACTLY the same as my hundred dollar model minus a few frills.

This is amazing. I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I used this on my hands and arms and I feel so much better. The pinch nerve is gone. I would highly recommend this

Total waste of money and plastic!

I was just sitting on my couch working on something on my computer and heard a weird pop sound and turned around to see weirdly contained white smoke rising and look down and my couch is smoldering and then I saw that this massage gun was on fire and falling into it so I grabbed it and threw it on the ground and started putting out the fire on the back of the couch. Suddenly, BOOM the thing exploded, molten plastic flew all over my living room miraculously not getting on my 10-month-old daughter who was only 3 feet away, copper foil from inside the battery had shot as high as the ceiling and was raining down and a fireball had just shot out the handle of the gun, missed me by less than 3 inches catching the lower part of my couch on fire! So I grab some tongs from my kitchen and get the freaking thing into the street away from my family come back inside to flames 3 feet tall so I start dumping jugs of water on it as fast as I can but the fire is not going out. I grab our fire extinguisher and just let it RIIIIP all over the couch and everything. Finally, the flames go out. I run out to the street to find the gun STILL ON FIRE and now just being stared at by two Mormon missionaries with their heads tilted in confusion so I yell at them to stay away the thing explodes and sure enough, right then the second battery pops and more fire shoots out right between the two of them. Blast the thing with the little left in the extinguisher and call 911. My condo smelled like burnt plastic and the air hurt your lungs to be in for more than a few seconds for the entirety of the weekend. My family were displaced for 2 days while the chemical filled air cleared our condo.

Worked great for a about 2 months and now does not hold power for more than 5 minutes.
