Not for my car---No Judgement if you used it there.
It arrived with the rest of the package. It is as described. I did not use it on my car. My son's room is decorated in superheroes so we used it on the wall as a decal under a framed photo of Spiderman. It looks good.

It took weeks to get the product. Being small and light it should not have taken so long.
