Perfect for making my homemade chicken soup!

I've tried several fine noodle products and this is the very best for quality, taste, flavor. I cannot say enough about how great these noodles are. Highly recommended. When I make soup I share with the family and include the noodles separately. They say this is the best they ever had.

Three egg noodles are versatile and taste really good. I use them in my pilaf, soup and as a side dish with a little (-okay alot of) butter. They cook up fast saving me time at the stove.

I used to be able to buy these at a small little out of the way store, but sadly they stopped carrying them. I think they are so good tasting and unique. When I make soups with these people always praise it. They are so delicate, yet hearty and truly a comfort food.

My Italian mother makes homemade pasta all the time and so do I. These noodles are an excellent choice in soup broth. All you need is about a 1/2 cup of uncooked noodles for 2 nice size portions of soup. Bring soup broth to a boil, add the noodles and you have delicious soup in a few minutes. Terrific on cold winter evenings! I love these so much, I bought a whole case!

These are the best soup noodles on the market, or not on the market, as it were. I've been buying these soup noodles from a local grocery store for the past few years, that is until they stopped selling them earlier this year. Now that I have found them on Amazon, I won't have to even look at the grocery store for them and feel that sudden rush of disappointment. And this is a steal of a price, too!

I do not like a thick noodle in my homemade soup; these are thin and work great.
