2nd review of the item, over all, the rubber bands themselves are very good, good resistance, good stretch length, and combining all the bands together to add extra weight isn't as cumbersome as it soundsUsing these bands I have worked on biceps, triceps, back, shoulders and chest, and I actually find myself doing a better work out with these than some of the tools in an actual gym - and I am starting to see both definition and gains on parts of my body using these bandsCustomer care on this item has been excellent as well, so cannot fault thatA good find if you find your gyms are still closed, or if you are looking to save time working out by reducing travel to and from your gym

They look like an OK product but the workout book featured in the listing was not with the bands and when I contacted the seller they just gave me a link to a you tube tutorial that didn't work :(

The product is very easy to use, it has different types of bands with different weight allocated with each colours.

I think this is a good product so far. Need to use it extensively and see if my wife notices my buff body in a few months. Will update then!

It works as intended and is useful even in a small space

It worked very well as a replacement of gym instruments. The bands have high strength and the latex loop bands as well as ankle straps are very useful for a variety of home workouts. The most satisfying thing is the whole set takes very limited space in room which was an issue before for my other gym instruments like dumbbells.There are tons of exercises you can do with these and they haven't failed me yet.
