Caravan Canopy M Series Pro 2 10 x 10 Foot Lightweight Steel Frame Shade Tent with Rising Truss System, Pull Pin Sliders, and Roller Bag, Navy Blue

This was one of the first 12x12 canopies I used about 7-8 years ago that I could not find. I use it outside my shop so I can enjoy the heat (just kidding). It helps tremendously for reducing the heat from direct sunlight. I have the frame bolted down to the concrete and put it up and take it down when the weather changes accordingly. I also was able to order replacement awnings when this one will finally go bad as I leave it up at night. Does not work well in moderate winds or light rainfall, but great for shade. In order to put the awning on or off I simply lower the legs (while they are still bolted to the concrete) to the bottom position (about 4') and remove or add it as necessary. Price is extremely reasonable considering what you get.

My reason for 4 stars is because it did not arrive white. It’s an off white- silver color. I didn’t have time to send it back before my event so I just went with it but I really wanted it to come in like pictures- that bright stark white. Overall it functioned the way I wanted and was great for my event and hopefully future ones. If you want actual bright white stay away. If that doesn’t matter to you then I do recommend this pop up tent. The rolling storage bag is a nice addition.

It is relatively easy to set up by your self and does a great job giving you a covered area from the summer sun. But rain water does not run off of this canopy, instead water pools near the edges slowly leaking in, till you push up on the fabric or a peice of the supports breaks from the weight of the rain water. Witch is what happend to mine.

Do not waste your money on this pop up canopy. Purchased in May 2023. Used it twice before it completely collapsed in very light rain. My friend had a cheap $40 pop up canopy at their campsite that had zero issues. You'd expect more quality out of something that cost more than 3x that amount. The only thing worse than the quality of this canopy was the customer service experience. A big reason that I purchased this canopy was because of the advertised 2 year warranty. It took 3 phone calls across 3 days before I was finally able to receive a call back from the warranty department. I was informed that any damage caused by any amount of rain would not be covered under warranty. The solution that I was offered was that they could SELL me replacement parts for the canopy. I was shocked that after only 2 very normal uses a company would fail to stand by their product. I have had many of these canopys over the years and have never experienced one failing this badly after this little use. I am left with $140 hunk of scrap metal at this point. My recommendation is that if you are looking for a pop up canopy to either buy a $40 model from the box stores or spend big and get a robust, high quality canopy, that is backed by a much more reputable company. I will never buy another product from Caravan again

This is one of the biggest canopies we have ever had. It is a full 12'x12' and fits two picnic tables, a cooler and chairs under it. Everyone loves sitting in the shade on a hot summer day by the pool. It is very sturdy and relatively easy to set up. We used two anchors in each leg of the canopy, so we used 8 anchors in all. It is great that this tent lifts up to accommodate tall people over 6 ft. in height, and we have some tall people in our family who loved the new canopy for the height and the width. The storage bag has wheels for your convenience. You can not go wrong with this sturdy, well built, good looking canopy. We enjoyed getting out of the sizzling sun and under the shade of this canopy. We highly recommend this fabulous canopy. We take it down if there is going to be a storm and store it in the silos. People will tend to gather under the canopy whenever we have a pool party or any get together here on the farm. Don't forget to take it down if you are going to have high winds or a storm, it is not meant to stand up to severe winds. Like our patio table umbrella, we take that down if there is going to be a storm or high winds, too. This great, big handsome and high quality canopy added shade and beautify to our farm, our property and made our lives so fabulous this summer. We love this big Caravan M-Series 2 Pro 12 X 12 Foot canopy!!

Purchased this item in April to use for graduation party the end of May. The morning of the party, I took out of the box, put the tent up and noticed that the metal was bent in two places. I had no choice but to use as the party was later that day and it was forecasted to rain. Once the rain started, I noticed the water pooling almost immediately on the cover causing the bent metal to bend even further and tent to collapse. At that point I had to make the best use I could of the tent. I put the tent back up but had to pull the canopy taught by cutting holes in it and tying the cover to the poles. Although the tent looked terrible, it stayed up the rest of the day, however it is now unusable and destroyed. It is trash. I messaged customer service and after I explained and offered to send pics of the damage, they said they could not do anything about this as I was out of time. I explained to them it was my first time using this and they would not make right on this item. If you need a tent, I would look elsewhere. This one is a waste of money and the customer service is terrible.
