Perfectly comfortable!
This belt has changed my running life! I love that it is fairly wide. Wider than another one I tried running with my friends. This one gives support and I can fit my phone in it and a gel pack. It's made of spandex so it's really comfortable against the skin. There is 2 separate pockets in the front. One is lined which is water-proof for phone and there is 2 pockets in the back, it has plenty of room to hold my snacks and keys. I did a 6-10 mile run and I felt comfortable running with it. It doesn’t move or get in the way or my arms. I'm happy I've managed to find something comfortable that doesn't ride up into my abdomen and back!The silicone water bottle is a good replacement for single use bottles. No funny plastic taste. easy to clean, doesn't leak. I like that it won't crack/scratch if it falls during hikes etc.. unlike some of the harder plastic bottles. The 250ml silicone water bottle was enough for my 3+ hour hike. The wrist band is a bonus, I could carry my credit card and my drivers licence without having to worry about my wallet.

Thicker than you think. Stretches out.
+ Easy to use, lots of holding pockets, very comfortable.- Thick. If worn while working out or outside, you will sweat on it. It feels a little heavy on top of yoga pants. Gets loose after a few wears. (Lol. You should wash anyway if you are sweating)End Game: I wish it were thinner, but it works well and is durable.

Runs small order up
Runs small order up a size. Phone pocket is deep, vertical with a lining. It requires two hands to place my phone in securely. Other pockets are half the height.

Works great
Rides up a little but everything stays in place. I don't care for the water bottle as there is no place for it in the belt but I bought this primarily for the belt.

sizes are correct.
Everything I need to fit into my travel belt did fit. The water bottle had a funny smell and did not fit into the band once I filled it with water. That was ok.
