Very helpful
I see someone from my diabetes team (doctor, pharmacist, diabetes educator, exercise physiologist) every 2 weeks and keep a log that helps me fine tune my habits. Was using a plain notebook nut I find this so much more helpful. There is plenty of space to write and easy to look back at my progress.

Everything I need in one place
I love this journal. It’s just the right size, has plenty of room to write, and is very customizable. I have data related to glucose readings, food macros, exercise, sleep, fasting, and lots of other things scattered across multiple apps. This book lets me see it all together in one place so I can find patterns more easily. II only wish there were more covers so I don’t have to keep using the same two over and over. Will new cover designs be forthcoming with the inside pages the same?

Nice layout and easy to use
I really like the layout of this little book. There is plenty of room for recording blood sugar/insulin; activities; water intake; food log; and notes. To make it even better I’d love to see 1) a spot to write the date; 2) a spot to write in weight; and 3) more pages per book (it has pages to cover 48 days - even 62 days would be great)

Love It!
This book helps me track my daily food intake as well as diabetes info, exercise activities and gives space for additional notes. It’s the best. I keep it on my nightstand.

Beat log book
I have been logging my information for five years now and this is the best book I ever found for this. Plenty of space to write and clearly laid out. If you’re a person who likes to keep manual logs, I highly recommend this book.
