I've had this pie plate for over a year and love it. Very durable and I like that it can go from the a freezer to a hot oven without issue.

It does not have any information about the plate with the shipping. I printed the details from the website. It was a gift. it looks like a nice product, was protected well with shipping but was disappointing it had no information. Plus it was not boxed.

This gem is used daily in our table top oven. Shaped for pies, however I use it instead for baking salmon, potatoes, sausage, bacon, and anything else I can think of. Food is always perfectly cooked. I’ve used this since 2016 and it remains in super condition. We’ve since acquired many Emile Henry products, and enjoy them, but this one is a stand out. To clean, I fill partially with warm water and let it sit for a bit, clean out any debris, then into the dishwasher it goes.

I needed a deep dish pie plate quickly just before Thanksgiving. So did a lot of people I guess because there weren't any at reasonable prices. I had no choice but to spend a lot and went with a brand I had heard is good.It came nicely packed, but I did ask myself "its this all it is" when I looked at it. Almost $40 seems like a whole lot of money for something I don't use that often.I baked a pecan pie in it and it was easier to get out of the pan than any others I have made in other pie plates. Not four times easier. I don't see myself investing in any more Emile Henry items unless I am desperate again.

I've only had this for 4 days but have already baked 3 things in it. I selected the pie dish in what is known as oak or sand color. Truthfully, the color is a bit blah but I was looking for something that would not clash with things such as colorful berries or pumpkin, and would also look tempting for savory pies too. This neutral tone does the trick. As I experiment more with presentation, I think it will be a nice addition to the table straight from the oven in any season.The pie dish has a very shiny finish which has been very easy to remove the baked goods and to wash.I really like that the size of the pie dish in clearly imprinted on the bottom in both inches and centimeters. That will always be a helpful thing for anyone who uses this pie dish in the future and doesn't have the time to find a measuring tape mid-preparation.Also, many thanks to the Amazon staff who carefully wrapped it for shipping and the speed at which it arrived at my door. It was just in time for making a rhubarb pie using the gift of stalks from a friend's garden!

This is such a beautiful pie dish, but it feels fragile.

Exactly like the picture. Very good quality!!I did laugh at the delivery as it came in a huge box with more bubble wrap than I have ever seen! I can’t complain as there was not one scratch on the dish!

I am very happy with the dish. I have already baked two amazing pies. Great result, nothing sticks to the bottom, very easy to clean and maintain. Beautiful and aesthetic. Highly recommend to those who enjoy baking and want baking to be perfect !

Haven’t actually used it yet but was delighted with the quality and appearance of this pie dish. Some reviews have said it was smaller than expected but would easily serve 6. Hopefully the measurement photo will help. It may be a pricey compared to others but you get what you pay for and I’m very pleased with this addition to my kitchen and it will look great oven to table.

If you want a fluted ceremic pie dish, this is the business. It's a 9 inch pie dish. Though the description labels it as 26cm, this is the edge to edge diamater. The actual pie diameter, if you like - the widest part of the opening without including the rim - is exactly 9 inches, which is somewhat less than 26cm. I've not tried it in earnest yet, but Emile Henry stuff is great, and this matches the nice colour of the other stuff I have. Recommended.

Perfect size for an apple pie and good quality. Looks great too.

So glad I bought this pie plate. Helped me make perfect pie crusts, was able to get thin crispy crusts and no soggy bottoms!
