Q: What are the ingredients?

Ingredients: Xylitol, Natural Flavors, Gum Acacia, Magnesium Stearate.

Q: Are these returnable, if the mint burns my mouth (very sensitive mouth)? And where are these manufactured?

I bought mine off of Amazon, so I believe you can return the unopened ones. The mint isn't that strong. They are tremendous help with dry mouth syndrome. I use them mostly at night, multiple times. I use two putting one inside of each check and let them dissolve. They help activate the salivary glands.
