Old World Christmas Ornaments: Dog Collection Glass Blown Ornaments for Christmas Tree, Pembroke Welsh

I purchased this for a client who had recently lost both of her beagles. She simply loved it!

I was looking for an ornament to depict my Catahoula Leopard Dog, which is NOT an easy task since this breed is so unique. Well, I stumbled on this and it was actually the perfect base I needed! I used nail polish to customize her coloring a little bit and I think it turned out almost perfect! (I could've done some customizing on the face, but didn't have the right polish to work with so I skipped it!)

For those of you-like me- who don’t have ornament hooks hanging around- this ornament doesn’t come with a hook. So now I’m suppose to buy a package of hooks to hang this ornament. For the price, the least they could do is include a hook. It’s sitting in a drawer until I can get a hook. Maybe the neighbors have one, but a detail in life I didn’t need.

Love the ornament, but was disappointed that it came without the original box.

I bought this in remembrance of my dog that passed in June - it is very beautiful - just as pictured in the ad - very detailed and quality piece, with tag on top and box - the packaging was really good - would definitely recommend for dog lovers - just as a side note it is not a piece that is meant to sit somewhere - it is meant to hang from something - when I sit it down it is wobby and unstable - so just a heads up to those that might want to place this somewhere vs hanging. Five stars.

I have always liked the brand Old World Christmas, and this ornament is no exception. All the animals they produce are appealing, which can be challenging to create in particular breeds. I selected this specific French Bulldog because of its authenticity to the breed.

Ornament arrived well packed and exactly as pictured. Shipped and arrived faster than I expected.

This lovely ornament is just as I expected which is perfect as it’s a tribute to a my late Newfie. It arrived in good time and wrapped well. Old World ornaments are a favourite of mine.

The item itself is lovely and any lab owner will love it.Sadly, the box was rather battered. Someone had tried to open it from both sides, so they were torn and bent back and there was a crease in the bottom of the box.As I'm giving it as a gift I will have to buy another box, so keep that in mind if you're buying for someone else in case your box is the same, but I have to say, the ornament itself is lovely, VERY accurate and not "cartoonified" like some dog and cat ornaments can be, lovely face and a little black sparkle here and there to make it Christmassy so I know my friends will be very pleased with it.
