Ryno Tuff Sleeping Pad Set, Self Inflating Sleeping Pad with Free Bonus Camping Pillow, The Foam Camping Mattress is Large, Comfortable and Well Insulated, Yet Compact When Folded

This arrived with no patch kit, which customer service was quick to rectify. However only 2-1/2 months after purchasing, it suddenly ruptured internally and each time I inflate and use it there is a strange hissing crackle and a massive lump has started to form. It gets bigger by the hour. Unusable now. Frustrating waste of resources at this point. Will contact Ryno again for warranty replacement and update this review when they respond.UPDATE: Ben from customer service responded within 48 hrs. and honored the lifetime warranty with no questions asked. Apologized profusely for the inconvenience, then Express mailed another unit to me, very impressive considering other companies would just ship a replacement as cheaply as they could. I like the product OK, but would definitely hire Ben to work for me any day.

Before this I had a really thin, light inflatable pad that had a built in pillow. The pad ended up with a micro puncture somewhere impossible to find, because it would slowly deflate through the night, and the built in pillow was actually awful since I couldn't move it. It was super light and compact, which was nice.BUT I needed something tough and warm for my tree portaledge setup. I did an overnight in 45 degree weather in the tree and this pad was so comfortable and warm I was able to put my sleeping bags on top of me with only the pad under. The pillow was very comfortable too. The foam really makes a big difference, though I need to make a small pillow case because the material isn't breathable. Oh, and the pad is large and didn't budge during the night. The kit won't roll up near as small as my previous pad, but I will bring this everywhere because I'm such a picky sleeper and it's well worth the space it takes up.

I bough 2 Ryno Tuff Sleeping Pad Sets back in Sept. 2018. (I contacted the Seller around April for warranty question). One of the pad is not hold air after about 2 month of use and the other on is loosing air, although at much slower pace (more air is needed within 3 days to keep the pad firm, which is acceptable to me).I sent Ryno Tuff (seller) a message through Amazon's but did not get a reply, I left a poor review based on a non-responsive Seller. A month later, I left another message for the Seller at rynotuff.com.. this time the Seller took notice of my issue and asked me through email my Amazon's order number#... without further inquiries from my part, my new sleeping pads arrived about 2 weeks later!! WOWTHANKS SELLER!!!Definitely will buy from Ryno Tuff again! (Portable Solar Panel from their website is on my list of things to buy!)R.K.

I bought this sleeping pad for three reasons. The price, the R Value was something that I could benifit from all year around, and it included a pillow. I had been looking at pads and pillows individually on Amazon for a few days trying to find the right combo that would work for me. The two I was going to originally get would have cost me $100+ total. When I saw this had both for almost 3 times under the price of those, I couldn’t justify spending that much on them individually. It didn’t seem like I was getting anything more for that price. This sleeping pad is thick once it’s fully inflated and very nice if you are a side sleeper like me. I felt very comfortable laying on my side while resting on this. The pillow is actually a decent size too! Once deflated, this combo is easy to pack and it doesn’t add much weight at all. I wasn’t expecting much, but I have been pleasantly surprised by this product. I have a bushcraft meet up in 2 weeks so, if I have any malfunctions or failures I will report back and update my review. So far so good! I would definitely recommend it for this price!

Love this sleeping pad. Now let me state this, it’s a way to fat to have for backpacking. However a day hike and camping this thing is perfect! It's easy to blow up, it's very comfortable with great insulation worked well on the cold wet ground.

Used this sleeping pad 3 times before the seams on the side gave out and made it useless. Will not be buying any products made by Ryno Tuff again.
