Got this for vacation, and surprisingly worked really well. I was nervous because I knew it was got to be very hot and humid. Worked great .

i've used the black thicker ones and they stay in place better. You get more here but they're too thin to stay in place and so it moves and your hair gets stuck compared to the wider kind

I should have read the research. The idea is good but....they did not work for us. They do not stick to the hat after you start to sweat. They fell apart and did nothing for the sweat. The new hat still got wet. I will not purchase any more.

These do help with the sweating and staining of my head gear. I would suggest a bit of a curve to fit better. They are too wide to use in a visor (The white sticks out above and or below the bill). I was able to cut some off to make them work for me. The idea of these bands are great for those like me who dew a lot, (horses sweat, men perspire, and women dew) as my southern mother would say.

I had high hopes that this hat liner would truly work in absorbing the sweat of my brow. Yes, the liner did absorb sweat but did not adhere to my hat for longer than a few minutes during my tennis game. The design it seems is ill conceived - too wide for the interior brim, not on a curved pattern and not sticky enough.Not giving up, I cut the the liner length which created a better fit but had to bunch the liner a bit for this fit. The liner still did not adhere so I have finally given up and am now trying to figure out what to do with all the liners I still have. So disappointed to have wasted my money
